The Problem

To find a solution to bring FIFA, sponsors and stakeholders to a global platform where approvals trade and logistics can be controlled and monitored for FIFA’s World Cup Events.

The Approach

User Research lead to Design and Development of a product which managed a controlled process of approvals, sales and logistics tracking during the WorldCup Events.

The Solution

A SaaS which is successfully used during WorldCup 2010 South Africa and WorldCup 2014 Brasil. All branded products for the 2 WorldCup Events have gone via this site through a controlled, monitored and manageable processes for FIFA, sponsors and stakeholders.
